Know a business we could help?
A personal introduction deserves a proper thank you.
We’re Watman Web, a web design agency based in Shrewsbury, serving businesses and organisations across the UK. We create websites designed around people—helping visitors understand what a business offers, find what they need and take the next step.
Recommendations help us meet new clients, and we value the people who make those introductions.
If you introduce a business that becomes a new website client, we’ll pay you 10% of the agreed website project fee as our thank you. We’ll make the payment within 48 hours of receiving their deposit.
Example referral
£1,000 website project = £100 referral payment
If a business that you introduce starts a website project worth £1,000, Watman Web will pay you £100 from that project payment within 48 hours.
Website Referral Programme
How it works
The process is simple.

Make an introduction
Know a business planning a new website or looking to improve its existing one? Check they’re happy to hear from us, then share their details using the form below.

We take it from there
We’ll speak with the business, understand what they need and see whether we’re the right fit.

We keep you updated
We’ll keep you updated at each stage, from making contact to confirming whether they’re going ahead and when your referral payment is due.

We say thank you
If they become a client and pay their deposit, we’ll pay you 10% of their agreed website project fee within 48 hours.
Who comes to mind?
Do you know someone starting a new business, or who has recently launched one? A website can help them introduce what they do, build credibility and give potential customers a clear way to enquire, book or buy.
Perhaps you know an established business whose website isn’t generating enough enquiries or sales. It might be difficult to use on a phone, no longer reflect what they offer or make it harder than it should be for customers to take the next step.
We also work with charities and community organisations, helping them explain their work, reach the people who need them and encourage donations, volunteering and participation.
We welcome introductions to businesses and organisations of all kinds, including:
- Start-ups and independent businesses establishing their presence online.
- Trades and professional services looking to attract enquiries and showcase their expertise.
- Shops, producers and online retailers helping customers discover and buy their products.
- Cafés, restaurants and accommodation providers showcasing what they offer and encouraging bookings.
- Health, care and wellbeing providers explaining their services and building trust.
- Charities, community groups and clubs connecting with supporters, members and the people they serve.
- Arts, entertainment and leisure organisations promoting events, activities and experiences.
These are just a few examples. Whatever their sector or size, we’d be happy to have a conversation about what they need and whether we can help.
Building relationships
We’ll look after your introduction
Recommending a business means putting your trust in the people behind it. We want you to feel comfortable doing that with us.
We’ll listen before we advise, be honest about what we can offer and only recommend work we believe will help.
Whether or not a project goes ahead, we’ll treat the person you introduce with care and respect.
What could our thank you look like?
The payment is calculated on the agreed fee for the new client’s first website project.
| If their website project fee is… | We’ll pay you… |
|---|---|
| £2,000 | £200 |
| £4,000 | £400 |
| £7,500 | £750 |
You’ll receive the full referral payment within 48 hours of their deposit reaching us, without waiting for the website to be completed.
