Which hosting package is right for you?

Every website we build comes complete with a Content Management System allowing you to make updates and add content as required. With this in mind, for smaller brochure websites that do not change very often, Standard Hosting may provide everything you need.
If your website needs ongoing updates, support with content management, troubleshooting or guidance, Business Hosting & Support gives you a more hands-on level of care.
For ecommerce websites, we recommend Business Hosting & Support as a minimum. Online shops usually need more ongoing attention, with products, orders, payment systems and customer journeys all relying on the website working properly.
For larger websites, busier platforms or projects with more demanding requirements, Dedicated Hosting may be the better option. This gives your website a more powerful hosting environment with additional resources and a setup tailored around its needs.
How website support works
Our support is designed to be simple, friendly and practical. If you need help with your website, you can get in touch by phone or email and we will guide you through the next steps.
Depending on your package, support may include help with hosting-related issues, security updates, small content changes, image updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting, website advice or general guidance on how to manage your site.
We can also provide ongoing training and guidance on using your website’s Content Management System, helping you feel more confident making updates and managing content yourself.
For businesses that need a more complete level of ongoing support, packages can be extended to include additional services such as SEO support, content writing, landing page updates, campaign support and wider website improvements.
Standard Hosting includes support for hosting-related issues, while Business Hosting & Support includes a more hands-on level of website support for businesses that need regular help keeping their website updated and running smoothly.
